Instructions for the use and care of our products

You have made an excellent choice. Follow these recommendations to enjoy your Confort Suizo product for many years to come:

Mattresses

The layers of natural materials in your mattress are continually breathing. Help your mattress to breathe by leaving it uncovered for half an hour before making the bed each day. Give your mattress a deep airing once or twice a year by placing it in a vertical position for a full day.

Your mattress is designed for use on both sides. Turn the mattress over at least once a month or, better yet, weekly, flipping it from side to side one time and from end to end the next.

Mattresses should only be cleaned with a brush, never by beating or using a vacuum cleaner. Removable mattress covers can be dry cleaned. Since the dry cleaning process affects the layers of natural fibers, dry clean the mattress itself only when absolutely necessary. All mattresses have a slight, harmless odor when new. This disappears quickly with use. Mattresses do not contain amino acids, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or other related gases.

There may be a period of adjustment for the first few weeks when switching to a Confort Suizo mattress from a different kind of mattress.
