Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we work each day to assure that any problems are resolved immediately. We guarantee a 24-hour response time to requests for help adjusting or repairing the sleep system. In fact, we nearly always provide same-day service.

Our trained service personnel have extensive experience with both the manual and electric beds, and are qualified to provide maintenance on all Confort Suizo sleep systems.

Payment Options

In order to permit more people to take advantage of this exceptional sleep system, Confort Suizo offers a layaway system for those who prefer to acquire the bed over a determined period of time. The selected sleep system can be put in layaway with an initial payment of 25%, with the balance due at the end of three months. Layaways can be extended to six months or more with an initial payment of 25% followed by equal monthly payments. The product is delivered when the last payment is received.

Guarantee

10 YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee that our products are assembled with care using only the finest materials.

The slat bases are guaranteed for 10 years against defective materials or workmanship.

Motors and electrical equipment are guaranteed for a period of two years.
Mattresses are guaranteed for 10 years of normal use with appropriate maintenance. Mattresses soften over time; this normal occurrence is not covered by the guarantee. We strongly recommend that protective pads be used both over and under the mattress. The guarantee does not cover damage that could have been prevented by using a mattress pad.

Bedding products such as pillows and duvets, and textile products such as sheets and pillowcases, are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. This guarantee extends until the first washing or chemical treatment.
